These ampac products are manufactured from E-Cu bare or E-Cu tinned flat stranded wires. The connection ends are either dip-tinned and perforated or provided with pressed-on and perforated contact sleeves (end clamps). For the designs with contact sleeves (end clamps), we use seamless, soft-annealed and electro-tinned E-Cu or SF-Cu tubes.

Our order number is composed of the strip shape, the cross-section, the desired holes and the desired length (center-to-center hole).

Example 1:
A band with the shape A1, made of bare E-Cu braided sleeving with the cross section 16 mm², perforated on both sides for M6 screws, with a length of 300 mm (M-M hole) would therefore have the order number: A1 16 06 06 300.

Example 2:
A strip of shape B2 (with connections made of seamlessly pressed, tinned Cu tubes), cross-section 25 mm² (flat strand of tinned E-Cu braided sleeving), perforated on one side for M6, mutually perforated for M8, with a length of 450 mm (center-center hole) would therefore have the order number: B2vz 25vz 0608 450.

A grounding connector made of stainless steel flat strands 35 mm², drilled on one side for a screw M8, on the other side for a hole for M12, having a length of 350 mm (center-to-center hole), would receive the following order number: B2-35 x 08 - 12 x 350 VA.
